  • It's easy! Browse the shop right here on the website, and when you find something you love, click the link to view it on Etsy. All orders are placed securely through Etsy's checkout -- they handle everything from payment to order confirmation. Simple and safe!

  • Nope! Etsy allows you to check out as a guest using just your email address. Of course, if you do have an Etsy account it makes tracking your order even easier -- but it is totally up to you!

  • This website is my little corner of the internet to share what The Treasured Daisy is all about! All purchases are completed through Etsy, where your payment and personal information are fully protected by Etsy's secure checkout system. Just click any item and it will take you right there!

Shipping

  • I pack and ship all orders within 1-3 business days of purchase. I take real pride in making sure everything is packed carefully before it heads out the door -- good things are worth a little extra attention! 🌼

  • As soon as your order is on its way, Etsy will send you an email notification with your tracking information. You can also log into your Etsy account at any time to check your order status. I want you to know exactly where your package is every step of the way!

  • I so appreciate the interest from customers everywhere -- it truly warms my heart! At this time I ship within the continental United States only. International shipping involves customs regulations, duties, and carrier requirements that vary a lot by country, and I want to make sure I get that right before I offer it. I hope to expand in the future -- stay tuned!

  • Shipping is calculated automatically at Etsy checkout based on current carrier rates and your delivery address. I always select the best available rate to keep your costs as low as possible. You will see the exact shipping cost before you ever complete your purchase -- no surprises, ever!

  • It really does! Every handmade jewelry piece ships free anywhere in the continental United States -- no minimum order, no catch. It is just my small way of saying thank you for supporting something made with love! 💛

Returns & Problems

  • My return policy depends on the type of item purchased. Handmade jewelry purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery -- just message me first! Vintage and antique items are all final sale. Please see the full details on my Shipping & Returns page, and as always feel free to message me with any questions before you buy!

  • If you have a change of heart, please message me as quickly as possible! I ship within 1-3 business days, so if I haven't packed your order yet I will do my best to help. Once an order has shipped I am unable to cancel it, but if it is a handmade jewelry item you are always welcome to return it once it arrives within the 14-day return window.

  • I put so much care into photographing and describing every single item so you always know exactly what you are getting! That said, if a handmade jewelry piece is not what you hoped for, please reach out within 14 days of delivery and we will work it out together. For vintage and antique items, I strongly encourage you to review all photos and listing details carefully and message me with any questions before purchasing -- I am always happy to answer!

Handmade Jewelry

  • Every single one! I design and create each piece myself right here in Indiana. No mass production, no factory -- just me, my tools, and a whole lot of love for the craft. Each piece is one of a kind, which makes it extra special! 🌸

  • Yes, and I absolutely love custom orders! If you have something specific in mind -- a particular metal, stone, style, or occasion -- please send me a message and we can talk through the details. Custom work is one of my favorite things to do. Every piece tells a story, and I would love to help tell yours!

  • Since every piece is handmade by me individually, there may be very slight natural variations from the listing photo -- tiny differences in texture, shape, or stone that make your piece uniquely yours. I always do my best to capture the true look and feel of each design, and any meaningful variation will be noted in the listing. If you ever have questions about a specific piece, just ask!

  • Materials vary by piece and will always be clearly listed in the item description. If you have specific sensitivities or preferences -- such as nickel-free metals or particular stone types -- please reach out before ordering and I will make sure the piece is the right fit for you!

Vintage & Antique Items

  • Every vintage and antique item is carefully examined, photographed, and described before it is listed. I do my very best to capture and communicate the true condition of each piece -- including any wear, patina, or imperfections -- so there are no surprises when it arrives. I believe in honest descriptions every single time!

  • Gentle wear refers to the small signs of age and use that come naturally with vintage items -- things like minor surface scratches, light tarnish, small nicks, or soft fading. These are not defects; they are part of what makes a vintage piece authentic and full of character! I always note and photograph anything significant so you can make a fully informed decision.

  • I do give items a general cleaning before they ship, but vintage and antique pieces are not restored or refinished. Part of their beauty is in their originality! If you have specific questions about the condition or cleaning of a particular item, just send me a message -- happy to share more details.

Payments & Pricing

  • All payments are processed securely through Etsy checkout, which accepts major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Etsy Gift Cards, Apple Pay, and more. Etsy's checkout is safe, trusted, and used by millions of shoppers every day!

  • Sales tax is automatically calculated and collected by Etsy at checkout based on your delivery address. This is required by law and handled entirely by Etsy on behalf of all sellers -- I don't set these rates or collect them myself. Etsy takes care of all of it behind the scenes so everything stays above board!

  • From time to time I do share special offers and discount codes through my social media pages and to my Etsy shop followers! The best way to never miss a deal is to follow The Treasured Daisy on Etsy, Pinterest, and Instagram. I love treating my loyal customers whenever I can! 🌼
