1. About This Site
The Site serves as a promotional and informational platform for Treasured Daisy, including handmade jewelry, vintage home goods, and related creative work by Paula. The Site is intended to drive awareness and traffic to our Etsy storefront and other selling channels, share blog content, and allow visitors to follow our social media accounts and subscribe to email updates.
No purchases are completed on this Site. All sales transactions occur on third-party platforms such as Etsy, which are governed by those platforms' own terms and policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100.00).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PPN Ventures LLC dba Treasured Daisy, its owners, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
